Welcome to John Chatham Classics, where we expertly restore and preserve Austin Healeys and classic British sports cars from the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s.

Since the Austin Healey first hit the roads in 1952, these iconic vehicles have captivated generations. John Chatham Classics has been a key part of their journey. Our founder, John Chatham, built strong ties with the Healey family and enjoyed a distinguished four-decade international racing career with Healeys.
John’s passion for these timeless automobiles led him to compete in prestigious events spanning over 20 countries, facing off against motorsport legends like Stirling Moss and Timo Makinen. Even today, John remains intimately involved in the classic car scene, driven not merely by obligation, but by an enduring passion that permeates every aspect of our work.
At John Chatham Classics, preserving the legacy of these beloved vehicles isn’t just a job—it’s a lifelong passion fueled by our unwavering love for classic cars.

A history embedded in motor racing.
